Mark Your Calendars!

Adult Yoga

Join us at the libary for a series of beginning to intermediate poses to help strengthen your body and calm your mind. Bring a yoga mat and thick blanket to class. Comfortable clothing advised.

  1. In thinking about this Saturday's class, I'm reminded of a quote from our Shape-Up mentor, Bob Harper: "Yoga is the fountain of youth. You're only as young as your spine is flexible."

  2. A regular at a yoga class I attended years ago was in her 90s. She had practiced yoga for over 40 years and was the most flexible one in the class!

    She was great fun too! Nobody was going to tell her she was too old to do anything!
